14days awaiting an online delivery

<p>I ordered flowers online from Woolworths over a week and a half ago. I paid using my credit card. the flowers still have not been delivered. They only contacted me a week ago to say that they could not deliver as the flowers i had ordered were unavailable and offered a substitute. I agreed to a susbstitute and STILL NO DELIVERY!</p>
