1 Rotisserie chicken charged at R670!

Being charged for 1 Rotisserie chicken at R670 on my order was totally obsurd! Woolies, I logged a ticket on 25 May already where I was informed I would receive a refund within 3 to 5 working days. Today marks the 11th day without my refund. I have followed up and no satisfactory answer has been provided. This is the worst service I have ever received!
