1 part of my online order was not delivered

<p>I am very upset, this is the 3rd time that i have used the Woolies online service, and i will not use it again, i ordered flowers and a mug for mothers day and i paid for both and delivery, however only the mug got delivered and not the flowers, i tried calling te call centre but i waited forever on the phone without even speaking to a consultant, i expected better from Woolies and i will NOT buy from them again, very disappointed</p>
