1 item scanned twice

Firstly what annoys me is that in pavillion woolies food section theres no prices on the shelves. So o took the nestle hot choc and after waiting over 30 mins i the queue i requested a price check . The cashier gave me a price scanned the other goods n rescanned the hot choc. I thought she really did a price check . When i got home i seen i was charged twice for the hot choc and due to beingbusy this week i wont be going topavillion i did email but gt no response
