<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been a Woolworths client for years and to get this Unsatisfied product I feel as if its within my rights to issue a complain.</p> <p> </p> <p>Out of the number of shoes that I have purchased at Woolworths I have never experienced such discomfort of a pair of shoes, I bought a pair of court shoes a while back, not sure of the date, month and year. The first time I wore the shoes I thought that because it was new the shoes where not accustomed to my feet’s as yet, the second time I realized that 1 of the shoe was slipping off not sure whether it was the right or left side, just to validate I tried for the 3rd time to wear the shoes and the same happened in terms of slipping off.</p> <p> </p> <p>The number of years when I bought the shoes should not matter what should be taken into consideration is the Quality of the shoe of which I am not happy about. When I buy a pair of shoes I do not mind spending because I see it as an investment, so now what’s the use of buying shoes that later on will not serve me justice and be off no use. Which is why over the years I have bought plenty of shoes at Woolworths and has never had a problem, only now this happens. Since the Woolworths brand Promises Quality, in return Quality is what I need.</p> <p> </p>
