Poor customer care by Cashier
I went to Woolworths Montana to return a dress a Cashier by the name of Bontle told me that she doesn't have cash she will give me voucher I refuse it and she ordered money, When she come back she wanted to give me R5 that cost R899 and she is rude she doesn't now Batho Pele principle I refuse those R5 and another lady told her to stop what she is doing and insisted that she must give me proper change that I deserve ,Service is very poor and Bontle very arrogant.
