Poor Client Service

to be honest, I felt like I'm a ***** in the shop, I buy so much wool at this branch and this is the last time I shop there. The lady at the counter needs to change her attitude and the way she speaks to people is not on for me, you also don't address staff in front of customers it's not cool. You cannot ask a customer if you want a bag after a sale and still tell me it's R2. You expected me to walk out with 4 skeins of yarn, a 2-year-old, and to be ok, be courteous, and kind to your customers you can't shout from behind the counter, just remember your customers pay your salary.
