WOOLTRU - the only medical aid who does not know how to release a tax certificate

3 weeks past the due date for TAX certificates and no-one has any answers as to when we can get them!? Apart from "they will come out". The only medical aid who has not released the tax certificates. Please explain to me why we pay such a premium price for terrible service?? Surely if the rest of South Africa can manage to get the certificates out in time, you should be able to too?! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE
