I have been continuously phoning telling consultants that I am pregnant and need to get hospital authorization. I changed my plan via the link sent to me by my Hr in December 2018 but my plan is still on core. I urgently need to change my plan to Plus and get authorization in order for me to give birth in early February 2019. Consultants are contradicting each other, one promised a manager will call me because after being on the phone with me for more than 20 minutes all the managers were conviently in a meeting. Please I am tired of repeating myself and I want to give birth with peace of mind. I am having a terrible pregnancy and I really just want to be assured the birth of my baby will be covered.
