CHRONIC PAYOUTS NOT DONE........

Good Evening, I received a phone call today stating that A COMPANY wanted to hand me over for a bill for a Clinical Psychologist in Secunda. I have out of my own contacted the medical aid to get the correct "codes" to fix the account. As per an email I received in December 2020 the "practice run" did go through my chronic options. The Receptionist at the Dr Consulting room also contacted the medical aid to get this resolved in July 2020 and the consultant at medical aid assisted her with the correct "codes". If this is the case why hasn't the payment been made as it does fall under my chronic benefits. For the price we pay on Medical Aids you would think that they would at least pay as per the benefit layout. Yet we get phone calls from companies wanting to hand us over.......PATHETIC
