Woolf contracting - disappointing contractor that does not finish the work

Ian is the contractor for our complex. Gave us great service to start but unfortunately did not finish the job. Promised us for weeks he would be coming and then ignored us and told the body Corporate it's not his responsibility. So disappointed with his service because he really was so great at the beginning
