Bad workmanship

My nutec house was build by Allys Wendy's and it's been build very wrong, she did not use concrete for my floor and the toilet basin got one tap and shower is not cemet out just raw, the basin *****s is right through the wall to the outside off the nutect house, the whole nutec house is a total mess, i really need help cause she must pay my money back cause she did not do for what she quote me for.
