DO NOT RENT AT: WOODWIND ESTATE

Do not ever move into Woodwind Estate, especially Bassoon Park. I have been a tenant for two years, and every year its a surprise. My lease ended 30 Novemeber 2023 and did not get notice for a new lease, rental remained the same for December and January. This morning the entire complex received their statements with an 8% increase, nowhere did we recieve communication whatsoever, the team is unreliable and ***********
