Shocking service from luxury brand

WoodWick Candles cost nearly R600. Yet it burns with a black oily smoke that coats the fancy glass holder. Wrote to WoodWick Candles to complain as I have never had this problem before, and got a ridiculous response to trim the wick. As if I am an idiot. As if I've never used their products before. Well I certainly never will.again
