Woodview sports bar in phoenix not worth the trip

Went to woodview sports bar to take a few bets and wanted to take money out the atm there but the atm is next to a table and 1 bar rat was sitting on the chair right infront of the atm refusing to move.. Walked out the bar and went did betting elsewhere. Will be contacting standard bank about this as its their atm and this is unacceptable being in a place where you aren't allowed to withdraw cash or put in your pin without people watching you.
