Woodstove WASTE! Woodstove Emporium dissapointment.

In August 2022 I accepted the quote for 2 x fireplaces to be installed, the one with performing beautifully (though they broke my roof boards in the process and left the rubble for me to dispose) The 2nd smaller wood stove an absolute nightmare. Ugly installation, roof leaking, and does not even warm the room up whatsoever! What is the point of spending money on a fireplace if it cant serve its purpose? Its been months of promises that it will be resolved, but here we are with no resolve in sight...
