Woodstock Gas lacks service

I placed an order on Sunday past. Their turnaround time says 2-3 days. I followed up via an email yesterday to which I still haven’t received a reply. I called their offices this morning (Friday) and after a few attempts I finally spoke to someone. I was informed that my order was out for delivery (that was before 9am today). By 3pm today, still no delivery. Contacted their offices and was advised that they have no stock and that there was a mix up etc etc. What poor excuses and terrible customer service. Will never consider doing business with them again
