Super tasty bread, but service does not rise to the occasion.

I am really disappointed in Woodstock Bakery.

The baked goods are super, we could not ask for better.

Unfortunately, the service is deplorable. We have been ordering from Woodstock Bakery for more than a year now and lately nearly every order is incorrect: Orders are incomplete, wrong goods are delivered or totals are incorrect.

Today we found out that the order, that we placed the day before, was never processed even though we ordered before the cut-off time.

I really hope that the service will pick up.
