Confusing service

The spark on the entrance injected my front wheel. Security personnel came and took my name and left. I went to center management, there was no one. Took the number and called the lady by the name of Koba, she said she's not at woodmead and there's nothing she can do as their sparks are serviced every month and there's a disclaimer at the entrance. In this case I'm confused and stranded with kids.
