Worse Service from Nikhil

I always had a good experience with Nikhil until I spent almost 30 minutes waiting on the queue without any service. He was busy socializing with customers (ladies) and when it was my turn. I advised him to always good but at the same time work as he would stop the work and chat with customers even while we working on the queue. He stormed at me and told me to watch how I speak with him as I can't tell him how to do his job. I decided to remain calm, got my medication and left disappointed on his rude behavior.
