Bad customer service, and unfair to tell me they cant give a spare key of the car.

How does a dealership sell a car without a spare key that is soo not fair of them. I bought an X3 in December 2020 was helped by a guy called Riaaz. He didn't disclose to me that the car didn't have a spare key hence I could even have negotiated the price to go down if there is no spare key. After a few weeks I therefore asked for the spare key and I was told that most second hand cars don't come with a spare key, but how on earth is that my problem? Why wasn't it charged on the selling price of the car?

I am soo disappointed and saddened by the responses I got when I asked that the dealership to organize the spare key for me. Is amazing how after selling the car they just don't care about customer service. I was told if you want donation ask nicely, why Riaaz now speak to me a client like that?
