Nightmare Customer Experience

We are currently renovating our property. Our ideas with regards to new kitchen cupboards were discussed with the owner (GERT) We provided the necessary info to start with our order We also made the mistake to pay the FULL quotation amount prior - Up until today (8 weeks later) we have not received our cupboards - What makes it more disappointing and frustrating is that GERT is never available, makes empty promises and don’t communicate to you as the Client When we insist in refunding our money he gets an attitude, the stock for the cupboards were bought already (cost incurred) and/or he will deliver immediately. No cupboards up until today Not even visits to his workshop helps, his excuse is that the cupboards are now in our hometown with another client of theirs? He will arrange for a delivery from there I will not recommend this business to anyone - No product, No refund (you have to beg for it, only to be **** to again) and Zero customer service is what you’ll get
