Good morning May I kindly be assisted here , I had made a deposit for accommodation at Woodlands Country Lofge in Parys , when I had to check in I had to wait for 2 hours in reception with mosquitoes feasting on me, where I was told that the lady who must give me the key is coming . After over two hours she came and still had to make me wait, another gentleman gave me a key to another room but to my surprise when I was busy in the rest room one gentleman came making a lot of noise that I must get out of this room , mind you I am a lady and someone comes and invade my privacy. I then requested my refund so that I can drive back to my place in Mahikeng which they told me I will get it on Monday 22 September. I made countless follow-ups and they are not giving me my money back . Sometimes when I make follow up a lady will give the phone to the kid to talk to me how unprofessional that is.
