Poor wood flooring installation by Woodlab

We made the mistake of using Woodlab to install a wooden floor for us. The service we received from Franz and his company on the flooring job was wholly unsatisfactory – time delays and communication were extremely unprofessional – the project was late and “tenting” occurred on the floor within days of completion creating an uneven and unstable surface to walk un. The floor was also the incorrect colour to what had been initially specified. Any attempts to fix and repair the floors to the standard required were consistently ignored. Consequently we have had to approach another floor installer to lift this job and completely reinstall a new floor at our additional expense. The new floor installer also raised concerns over the poor quality of the engineered wood flooring and the installation by Woodlab. We have requested that Woodlab collect their woodflooring and refund us for the cost of the wood, and this request they have also ignored. They have not stood by their guarantee for both materials and workmanship. Do not use this company for laying of wooden flooring.
