They advertised on Facebook live edge furniture. I ordered a mirror and paid Rhyanhardt Lauterbach on the 3rd of December and he promised to deliver everything by mid Jan. To my disappointment, the furniture delivered was infested with termites. When I brought this to his attention, he laughed and said termites are not a big deal! After 2 weeks of back and forth with him, he eventually agreed to collect the table and replace with a new one.. The table was collected on the 28th of January and there was no word from Rhyanhardt until I made contact with him a week later and he promised to deliver everything by the 15th of February which did not happen. On the 26th of February I asked him to refund me all monies paid as it was over 2 months since the order was given. He delivered on the same day and could not complete installation and assembling the bed. On the 11th he said he was cancelling the other order and was going to refund me in full. I paid him all his monies on the 11th and refused to pay back once everything was settled!
