DO NOT waste your money purchasing from this business.
I ordered a simply wooden cubby for my children's toys in September last year. Paid in full (plus delivery fees) and I was told it would take 3 weeks to make. I followed up after 3 weeks and they said they would deliver the following week. After many follow-ups over the past 6 MONTHS, I have been met with excuse after excuse. They took days or sometimes weeks to respond. I was told that they had gone through something personal/problematic, so I tried to be human about it and accepted the continuous delays. I asked for a refund on many occasions, but it looks like this business has no cash flow. I am at my wits end. I've accepted that they've essentially ****** my money and they have no intention of delivering my order. There was another review on HelloPeter from someone who had waited a few months for their order, they received it and the review was deleted. They placed their order after mine and still received it before me. I delayed this review because I had blind faith and hoped that they would come through.
