Wendy that is badly put together and rains in

I saw the ad in the newspapers and called andries to ask for a quote on a 3*3m Wendy with a sliding door plus ceiling board and drywalling, he rep**** with a quote on R9050 so I accepted the quote, 2 days later I paid him R4050 then a few days later I paid in the R1000 for delivery, I waited a whole 4 weeks for the Wendy as he kept coming with stories as to why he can't bring it. So they sent up the Wendy yesterday but as luck would have it it rained today and the whole Wendy is wet on the inside but he guaranteed that it would not rain in so this was even more lies on his part, so when I called him today he just says that he will see what he can do but does not promise anything, I gave the rest of the money to his workers yesterday with no problem and this is the work that gets done and I must just accept this. I've spent R9050 on this Wendy and feel that Andries needs to come fix his faults or give me back my money. This is **************** and I'm afraid that he is doing this with all his clients, andries needs to fix his work or close his business as clearly he does not have a clue of how to even build Wendy's!!!
