Disgusting quality and zero after sales service.

This is what my jungle Gym looks like that was installed a year and a half ago. Wooden elements say that they cannot control the quality of the wood that they use. They refuse to take any responsibility for the jungle gym, even after Gavin came out and said he would re-coat it at no cost. He is now refusing to do so. Note this jungle gym cost me R36 000. I have a 28 year old jungle gym that looks 10 times better than this.
