You will never get your products or a refund

Buyer beware! The company has changed its name from Woodline Cages to Wooden Cages (https://www.woodencages.co.za/). I ordered a rabbit hutch and chicken coop from them and paid for these 2 products, as well as a delivery fee, however they were never delivered. They ignore emails and phone calls.

Please also note that they appear to be working with another company (or they could be the same person/persons), Pet Transport SA (https://www.pettransportsa.com/), who will also charge you a transit insurance.
