Bad, Unreliable service from Godfrey Chimika

In February 2023 I engaged Godfrey Chimika for a kitchen renovation. This guy is very unreliable, on days when he was to come onsite, he would not show up and had to make follow-ups on when he was coming to do what I engaged him for. Then after almost completing in May the job there were defects because by this time I just wanted him to finish and we part ways. I called him for the defects which he promised to come and fix, multiple times. It is now September and I have ultimately decided to self fix defects through another contractor and invoice him. If you want to regret do engage this guy and regret later but this time he is not going to go scot-free, he will have to pay for what he has not finished with unfulfilled promises.
