a new experience in abysmal service

<p>I have for many years used wood & wotknots furniture manufactures located in albertskroon for small but important jobs. The business changed ownership a while back, as a result I have dealt with the new owner only twice. I recently placed an order for a small number of edged boards that I needed for personal use, after 6 weeks, no luck. I asked the owner on a number of occasions what the progress was, but all I got were excuses. This job would have taken no more than 20 minutes to do, but no interest or results. I finally went directly to his office to find out why after 6 weeks it had still not been done. The owner adopted a totally dismissive if outright contemptuous attitude and again told me sorry tough luck, adding that he had no idea if and when the order would be done. I promptly cancelled and will find another supplier. He has zero people s****s and clearly has no interest in customer service. I would advise any prospective clients to avoid at all costs.</p>
