Poor communication and slow delivery

These guys need to work on their communication. I ordered and paid on a Wednesday. By Thursday I had yet to receive any communication regarding a delivery. When I sent a message to find out what's happening, I'm told they are scheduling deliveries. By Friday still no comms regarding delivery and no wood delivered. Stock control and delivery is not rocket science. Get a proper manager to run your business.
