Delaying forever

We booked this Wood East accomodation in Durban. When it was time to go they stopped us and they said they have floods in 2022.Up to now they havent refunded us we need our money. We had booked through airbnb. N this Yvonne Venwho communicated with us no longer pick up her phone. Is this how airbnb is working.
