Very poor service

<p>I ordered and paid for kitchen cabinet wood, after waiting four days I decided to give them a call I was informed that my order was ready and that I can collect it after lunchtime on the 15.09.2016, I got there around 3pm on the day and was informed that my order was still being processed and that I should return the following Monday, come Monday afternoon it was still not ready and I had to wait a full hour for it to be finished I took all the material home only to find out not everything has been cut, I eventually returned the next day only to be told their staff is on tea time and I should wait for them to return, for a professional business to operate in this manner is absolutely ridiculous.</p>
