If I could give them a zero I would.

We had the absolute WORST experience with Woodcity the last couple of months. My husband and I are renovating our house and decided to redo the kitchen. And decided to order the wood panels for the kitchen cupboards from Woodcity in PE. At first we waited a few weeks longer than their advertised "ONLY 10 DAYS" policy. Then when we FINALLY received the panels they were ALL cut completely wrong, even though my husband made a very clear and very basic list of EXACTLY how to cut and edge each panel (he is a bit of a perfectionist). All the panels were off by 5mm all around! My husband then had to take the time to return it and only received a snotty response that it was his own fault and they REFUSED to return it. After emailing them numerous times to confirm and prove that it wasn't our mistake, they still refused to help us. We then threatened them that we are going to consumer council regarding this, and their only response was "OK then". And that's exactly what we did. Consumer council immediately agreed that in fact it wasn't anything we did wrong and contacted Woodcity to confirm this. Woodcity agreed that they were wrong and would re-cut the panels. We then waited an astonishing 6 MORE WEEKS after the meeting before we received the cupboards only to discover that AGAIN quite a few panels were wrong!! Proving that once again it definitely is a big problem within this company. We gave up on Woodcity and took the panels to their competition, Pronto Boards and HALLELUJAH we received the absolute BEST service from them , redoing the panels for us in only a few hours!! Renovating the house alone has been so stressful and Woodcity made everything a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! NEVER NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM WOODCITY was the lesson of the year and I made sure all my other interior designer friends in PE know this.
