Horrible service

On the 16 June 2020 I bought kitchen materials from wood city PE. When I enquired when I would receive the material they advised within 8 working hours. I have made numerous calls to them after that. When ever I called the sales assistant would pretend to be busy with another qoute and tell me to call him some other time as he was busy. I requested to speak to his manager and was advised to email her. I have sent her 2 emails with no response. Everyone there is so rude in thier response. It has been 2 months almost since I bought the stuff and I still don't have it. The experience has been appaulling. The lack of customer service is astonishing. They are still to contact me back. Absolute nightmare dealing with them.
