I called earlier on and spoke to a guy by the name of Danny.

On the 1st of July I made 2 eft’s into your account for the following quotes.

Total amount paid was R38075.00

Now I am being told that a 3rd delivery was made to me and the cost was R450 for 3 Masonite boards.

Please note that on both the quotes that a delivery fee of R400 was added.

Why was this not added on the 3rd delivery as Danny, who of the top of his head was able to know that 3 deliveries were made.

Why was I not charged for this particular delivery that was supposedly made to my address which neither myself or my wife have any information about.

Mali the consultant who was dealing with my builder wrote out a **** invoice for the amount of R450 and sent it through yesterday yet I have till now have not received any invoices for the previous 2 payments.

I will be publishing this comment on hello peter so that people can see what type of a **** is being run by some of the employees that work there.

The supposed delivery was made on the 7TH only about 3 days after a delivery with 17 boards were made to my address you can confirm the number from the quote.

The builder only started doing our kitchen after the 13th or 14th so what was the need for the additional boards to be delivered so soon even if it was needed as he still had boards from the kitchen 7 to be exact.

How to we support local business if they cannot run their businesses ethically.
