You are not above the Credit Act

I am a very long standing client of theirs and Friday past my loan application was rejected outright and the leaned towards me obtaining a copy of my credit report from Transunion ITC, even giving me the said firms contact details. So i duly got hold of my report from Transunion ITC only to find nothing untoward. So i sent wong an email enclosing a copy of the credit report and you should see the reply i received! By law, not me but kegislation, you have to give me reasons for deckining my application - all you have sent is a standard computer generated one for all letter. You made me get a copy of the report now circle that which formed the basis of your declinature or see me take this further - because you are not above the National Credit Act which clearly states that you are to affiord me reasoning should i ask, and yes, iam asking.
