Worst Experience with Wonga
Dear Wonga , please improve your systems and train your customer representatives , customer service etiquette. I app**** for a wonga loan on Wednesday the 25th. My loans with wonga are paid of , my application out says sorry this is taking longer than expected for 3 days now , it does not give me an option to cancel the application and whenever I call the agents they say they will escalate because they cannot cancel it on their end . It has been past 48 hours and they still working on cancelling my application.......I am so frustrated because the communication is awful and the agents do not know what they talking about.

I am extremely frustrated right now , I paid off my previous loan last week , and I received a confirmation Email saying it was paid off . To my surprise this morning the debit order went off and I unfortunately cannot wait 72 hours for a refund, R1650 is a lot of money for me , it is the last day of the month and I need to pay school fees .
I really don't know how your systems work but it's really bad !
Kindly please refund me that money ASAP.

R1650 is a significant amount, and I cannot afford to wait 72 hours for a refund. It is the end of the month, and I urgently need these funds to pay school fees. I am extremely concerned about how your systems operate, as this kind of error reflects poorly on your reliability and customer service. I expect the full amount to be refunded to my account immediately. Kindly treat this matter as urgent. AS I NEED THE FUNDS BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT AS IN NOW!
