Worst experience ever

I settled my account today. Been paying in small amounts for the past 3 weeks. When I called to check that everything is sorted they told me systems were down and the other company they work with which is HTN collections couldn't allocate my payments. They said they would send me a statement as proof of payment and settlement letter but now i am being taken from pillar to post. Worst experience ever.
