Worse service ever.
I received a call on the 10th January 2020 to say : Hello Annie Tebogo,
It's the start of a new year and a new decade – and now’s the time to start a fresh financial chapter.
If you settle your outstanding loan by 31 January 2020, you will receive a discount of 40% off your outstanding balance.
Your current outstanding balance is R1028.26. If you settle your loan, your repayment amount will be R616.96. I called in and the debit order was made from my account. I then get a call from Vvm attorneys to be informed that i was handed over, so devastating.
