wont approve my loan
I have made use of Wonga a few times when I am running short of money some times and did not have any problems and repaid the money every time. Now all of a sudden they don't want to approve my loan.

07 Jul 2015, 10:17Hello Douw01,
Dear Douw,
Thanks for your message. Due to the recent amendments to the National Credit Act, we have tightened our lending criteria and taken into account your entire financial history. This includes outstanding bank loans, retail and credit card repayment and other debt recorded. If you are being declined, the system is picking up that your loan repayment exceeds your disposable cash and this goes against your affordability checks.
Please try for a lower loan amount that may be within your budget and affordability.
Kind regards,
Priscilla Urquhart (Head of Communications, Wonga SA)
