Wonga Worst Ever

I was really impressed with this company until saturday, on friday 23rd pf feb, I set up a repay debit order. The debit order never went off amd phoning in to the customer service, all they said was Its not showing any pending debit orders, and they cannot set up a debit order from their side, then all of a sudden on monday a guy helped me via chat, and he could set a new debit order from his side. Then the debit order went off successfully, then I see i have a remaining balance of R8.86, another call to customer care, got told to 24 hours, now its way pass 24 hours I have a even higher balance of R8.87, im trying to apply for vehicle finance, which requires me to have a closed wonga loan, i've been running back and forth since monday, I need to get back to work so this is another weekend without the new car, how is this "helping me get ahead"? I want my balamce removed TODAY!!!
