14 dec i paid Wonga R4600 plus and then on the 18th of Dec they debit the same amount, i have been speaking to them, calling, holding for hours since the 14th of Dec asking for my refund, i kept being told to wait 3-5 days, today Michaela, and Noxolo refused to get me their manager Sonia, they can see the extra money but say it is being escalated, nobody is responding to emails or bothers to call back once the call drops. not only are Wonga ******, these swines are ***********.
