Wonga technical issues and unresolved issue dragging on
I have been trying to get a matter of prescribed debt resolved with Wonga for weeks and the consultant I spoke to initially said it would be resolved within 24-48 hours.
Most of the time when I call to follow up they "are experiencing an unforseen technical problem that they are attending to". This is according to an automated voice message at various times of the day. Whenever I do get through to a consultant they are not able to give me feedback and indicate they will contact me within a certain period of time but they don't. All I've heard is that the matter is with debt review and this is very frustrating because this is the only thing holding up my clearance and I've spent a small fortune calling these people and it seems no progress has been made for weeks. Ridiculous service delivery!
