wonga settlement letter
Hi. It has been a struggle to get any feedback from Wonga. My mission was to pay up the loan, and to get a settlement letter. I forgot my login credentials, due to old age, and all i needed was the amount outstanding and banking details to make payment. managed to get through to the call centre, and only after a few attempts did I get some help. It is all paid up, and I am awaiting the settlement letter. I have emailed the proof of payment to the customer care and collections email addresses several times, only the automated messages come through. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ASSIST
