Wonga service

The company told me I had a loan with them years ago that I never settled then I asked them to please send me supporting documents that was used for this loan they never bothered to reply. Up until now I received no feedback. Someone else used my details and made this loan. The last year was the first time I signed up and could not get in as per the system I already had an account. No one wants to help me get to the bottom of this. Now the ***** team wants me to send statements of 2012 where must I get that. The service is terrible they really do not care about customers or assisting them. Im appalled at the service I received.
