Hi ,
2017 July , I app**** for a loan with Wonga which was approved . The next day i realized i no longer required the loan. I requested their banking details to refund their money , which I did. They still went ahead and debited the interest amount . I contacted them and they processed a refund for their error . Recently i was contacted by HTN Attorneys , claiming that the amount is still outstanding. I requested a conference call between the attorney and Wonga , ive sent numerous email and sent proof ...no response. Its beyond annoying now ...
