Wonga ****

Unprofessional, worst **** I have ever seen. So I have been sending emails from January till may 2020 trying to get my account paid up and closed. But no one rep****. I called in and people would just promise to call me back but they never do. Now, their lines were not working. And I went online trying to pay off the balance and close the account. But I found a note that even if I pay the R4000 left, they will still debit R1732 from my account on the 25th.and I decided not to pay. But still sent an email. And now boom, I'm receiving some stupid emails about my account being handed over. I will not allow you people to tarnish my credit record after I tried so hard to get hold of you. I will take you up to the court if I have to. Stop bullying us with your ****s. You better call me so that you can debit ur money and close that **** on an account,otherwise I will also open my own case against you. You are ********** and it's shaming. Shame on you wonga. You are sooooo DISAPPOINTING
