Wonga *****s money and does not return calls as promised. BE CAREFUL

What unprofessional people. After aupporting Wonga a couple times, i now have no positive feelings or news towards them.

I requested a refund from them as they debited my account after knowing very well that they are no lomger able to. I eas asked to send a 17.1 form and a 17.2 form and would revieve feedback on the time id be refunded.

So Wonga...WHEN? I needed this money and expressed yhis and after COUNTLESS emails sent to your so called "team" ive recieved nothing.

I want wveryone to know that this companys service will sadly be getting multiple bad reviews from me on multiple platforms to raise awareness so that people like me do not fall into the same trap.

Ive sent my forms, id like answers TODAY still as this is unacceptable. You are getting DOUBLE pay from me now.
